Brett Nixon, Founder and Sole Member
Brett Nixon holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan State and a Master's degree in Business Administration from Oakland University. Brett has accomplished so much since beginning his career over 19 years ago at General Motors. He is the current Maintenance Area Manager at the GM Assembly Plant for Flint Engine Operations.
Aside from his impressive engineering career, Brett is interested in renovating properties, real estate, and property management. Brett founded Nixon Holdings LLC in 2015 as a result of expanding his endeavors in real estate development and property management. He now owns multiple buildings in Lapeer and Oxford and is always looking for a new renovation project. Currently, Brett is renovating 6 N. Washington St. in Downtown Oxford, a historic building and long-time home to the A&A Flower Shop.
When Brett has free time, he loves to workout, golf, go boating and snowmobiling, and travel with his wife.
Brooke Hebb, Administrative Assistant and Property Manager
Brooke Hebb graduated from Oakland University in 2020 and has been a business owner since 2014. Her and her fiance Logan's company, Brogan's Lawn and House Care, specializes in property maintenance, management, and renovation.
Brooke started working for Nixon Holdings in 2021 as the company's Administrative Assistant and Property Manager. She prepares monthly newsletters and acts as the sole contact for tenants.
In her free time, Brookes loves to garden, read, travel, and hangout with her dog, Winnie.
