Tenant Perks

Our TEAM Rewards Program is by far our most popular perk for our residents. TEAM, which stands for "Tenant, Endurance, Appreciation, and Merit," is truly what we stand for here at Nixon Holdings. Any resident has the opportunity to enroll in this program, and they are highly encouraged to do so!

We understand the hardships many people face, including budgeting and paying rent on time. With this in mind, we offer a bi-weekly payment plan. Any tenant can opt-in to this option by contacting our administrative assistant, Brooke, at brooke@nixonholdingsllc.com

As a part of our TEAM Rewards program, we offer yearly anniversary perks for renewing your lease with us. With this perk, tenants can choose a complimentary upgrade for their space, which include a Ring video doorbell, cloud enabled indoor security camera, smart wi-fi thermostat, or a different item from a tenant's "wishlist."

During the unprecedented times of the COVID-19 Pandemic, Nixon Holdings LLC  has prioritized the safety and wellbeing of our tenants. Regularly scheduled cleanings and sanitizing occur frequently, as well as mask wearing and social distancing.
